Regimen

To prepare Yang Energy water, boil the filtered water exactly for 5 minutes; then turn the stove off. Do not boil the water more or less than 5 minutes. It has to be exactly boiled for 5 minutes.
To boil the filtered water exactly for 5 minutes (no less or more than 5 minutes) carries the highest energy than any other water. Drink it when it is warm.

Once the water is boiled for 5 minutes; it is not necessary to boil again when you are ready to drink. You simply warm it up when you are read to drink. Do not use Microwave to warm the water up.
Upon rising in the morning, drink 2 cups of above 5-minute boiled water before breakfast and early afternoon with 15 pieces of Chinese Rock Salt for anti-allergies, bowel movement, energy enhancement and weight control. Be sure to warm up the water before drinking it.
Raw walnuts is more than a brain food; it also helps asthma, cough, excessive phlegm and excrete out the kidney/gall bladder stones, improve prostate health and reduce white hairs
12 pieces of raw walnuts boil with 2 cups of water for 2 minutes; then, low boil for 8 minutes; mix with 1 cup of oatmeal for breakfast; it is good for prostate health, short memory and sound sleep. Or you may take a handful of raw walnuts between meals, 3 times daily.

Vegetable Blending
Using 3.0 horsepower blender such as Vita Mixer or Blend Tech to blend the following ingredients:
2 organic carrots, 1 Granny Smith green apple, 2 slices of fresh ginger root (1/8 inch thick), 1/8 tsp of Chinese Rock Salt, 1 cup of unsweetened Almond milk, 1/2 lime with peel (cut it into small cubicles), 1/4 of red beets, 3 pieces of fresh pineapple.
Drink 1-2 cups of veggie blending before breakfast and for lunch as your primary meal. Other healthy foods may be partaken besides the vegetable blending.

Other Choices:

  • blend 1/4 bundle of Kale and Mustard Green, 2 organic carrots, 1 green apple, 1/2 lime with peel, 1/8 tsp of Chinese Rock Salt, 1 cup of unsweetened Almond milk, 1/2 lime with peel (cut it into small cubicles), 1 pear.
  • blend 2 tomatoes, 4 stalks of Broccoli, 2 organic carrots, 1 green apple, 1/2 lime with peel, 1/8 tsp of Chinese Rock Salt, 1 cup of unsweetened Almond milk, 1/2 lime with peel (cut it into small cubicles), 1 pear.
  • 1/2 papaya, 1/2 lime with peel, 1/8 tsp of Chinese Rock Salt, 1 cup of unsweetened Almond milk, 1/2 lime with peel (cut it into small cubicles).
  • 12 pieces of raspberry with 1/4 of pineapple, 1 pear, and 1/2 lime with peel, 1/8 tsp of Chinese Rock Salt, 1 cup of unsweetened Almond milk, 1/2 lime with peel (cut it into small cubicles).

 

Rock Salt water – power drink and weight control
Blend 1/2 tsp of Chinese Rock Salt with 1/2 lime with peel (use 3.0 horse power blender to blend lime peel) and 5 cups of filtered water. If it tastes too salty, keep adding more water until it has slight pinch of salt taste. Drink 2 cups before breakfast, 2 cups before lunch and 2 cups in the early afternoon. DO NOT use any metal spoon or utensil to touch the rock salt or stir the rock salt water.

*If you have water retention in the face, stomach and/or limbs, you may start ½ cup before breakfast, gradually increase to 2 cups a day. If your water retention is worsen after drinking the Rock Salt water for a day or two, you may stop drinking the Rock Salt water completely.

Fresh Ginger root tea with 12 pieces of dehydrated Chinese Red Dates and Cinnamon Twig powder
Smash fresh ginger root prior to boiling.
Step 1 – smash two 3-inch long ginger roots with food pouder or Chinese Chef knife
Step 2 – boil it with 4 cups of water for 2 minutes; then low boil for 20 minutes. Strain the tea into a container.
Repeat Step 2 for second and third serving – the same ginger root may be boiled again for second and third serving by filling 3 cups of water.
Mix the ginger root tea of the first serving with the second and third one.
Drink 1-2 cups with Chinese Rock Salt (6 pieces per cup) when it is lukewarm before breakfast, before lunch and before supper (3-6 cups daily).

Primary Meal

Eat 60 % of the sprouted food such as millet broth, brown rice, buckwheat, pearl barley, Japanese yam, purple jam, red skin potatoes, bean curd, bean sprout and any vegetable sprouts.
Eat 30 % of fresh vegetables (Carrots, Celery, Broccoli, Kayle, Mustard Green, Green Bean, Squash), with beef bone broth and brown chicken, Cornish hen or ranch free chicken soup. Chicken soup carries more nutrition value than chicken meat; organic egg (poach), turkey.

Beef (leg) bone broth:

Veal beef bone is more desirable.
Place the beef bones into a tall sauce pan;
Fill the water into the pan to cover the bones:

  1. Boil the water. When the water is boiled, let it be boiled for 4 more minutes. You shall see the toxic scum bubbles surfacing on the top.
  2. Dump the water out.
  3. Refill the water into the pan to cover the bones.
  4. Boil the water. Then, set the stove range between low and simmer setting for 70 minutes with lid on. To check the water level in the pan while low boiling.
  5. When the broth cools down. Refrigerate it. Few hours later, white greasy fat would surface to the top. Scrape out the fat into a plastic bag. (If dump the fat into the drainage pipe, it could clog the pipe.)

To prepare beef bone broth, get few scoops of beef broth from the refrigerated tall sauce pan into a smaller sauce pan. When it is boiled, add two sliced tomatoes, 3 organic carrots, red skin potatoes, tofu, cabbages, etc into the beef bone broth and cook it for 6 minutes. Then, you may eat 4 to 6 bowls a day for prevention of osteoporosis and increase height for the youth.

Fresh food: DO NOT eat frozen, canned, frozen and processed foods but fresh foods.

Organic Egg: Poached egg is much easier to assimilate than scrambled and hot boiled egg.

Potatoes: eat red skin small potato instead of regular big potato.

Deep water fishes with fins: you may eat salmon, halibut, tuna, bass, orange roughy.
Moderate amount of deep ocean fish such as bass, salmon, halibut

Nuts: It is healthy to eat plentiful of raw walnut, almond, and cashew for snack.
Sunflower seeds are good for lung and good appetite, almond good for lung and elimination while raw walnuts are good for memory, prostate and deep sleep.

Butter:
Goat butter, Almond butter, Cashew butter

 

Taboo foods

  • No coffee or any caffeinated drink (soda pops, green tea);
  • No beer-wine-liquor or any alcoholic drink;
  • No sugar foods
  • DO NOT eat white cane sugar, sweet low, and any sugar foods including chocolate, ice cream, cookie, candybar. You may use Maltose, moderate amount of Chinese brown sugar, stevia, honey or Chinese Rock Salt to substitute for cane sugar.
  • No deep fried/greasy food – DO NOT eat deep fried, greasy foods such as fried chicken, French Fries.
  • No cow dairy or any mucoid producing foods such as cow’s milk, cheese, butter and soy milk; however you may drink moderate amount of goat milk, unsweatened almond milk or rice milk.
  • Fruit contains fructose sugar. If you have diarrhea, gassy, and/or any gastric problem, do not take any fruit until you overcome the symptoms. Eat Moderate amount of fruits. Recommended fruits include green lime with peel, green apple, apricot, peach, cherry, blueberry, cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, papaya, pear, grapefruit, peach, moderate amount of cherry and grapes with seeds, pomegranate and cantaloupe.
  • For those who are sensitive to the heat, pumpkin, onion, excessive ginger root and garlic are not recommended.
  • No Shellfish – DO NOT eat shrimp, lobster and shell fishes if you have sensitive skin, asthma, the allergies, heavy metal toxins, overweight, high cholesterol.
  • Cooking Oil: Sesame oil, Saffron (red flower) oil for cooking; Olive oil for salad.
  • Poultry: Eat wild ranch raised turkey more frequently than chicken; for chicken is more acidic.

 

Suggestive Food Supplements and life style change:

  • Soak the feet with hot water with Epsom Salt having lavender in it (3 TBS) for 25 minutes shortly before bedtime (no later than 9:00 p.m.). Read a spiritual book to nourish your soul while soaking the feet since your feet are stuck in the water and you cannot go anywhere. After soaking the feet, do not watch T.V., nor do any house chores but go to bed. While lying on the bed, cast all your anxiety to God by breathing out as much as you can, then breathe in, breath out, then-breath in until you fall asleep. Relax and attune your ear to listen to the sound of your breathing.

 

 

 

 

Taboos for Women’s Health

  • Breast implant surgery: either silicone or saline implant
  • Tubal ligation
  • Use natural ways such as acupuncture for contraception instead of birth control pills
  • Bra with metal string which could cause breast cancer and/or chest pain
  • Do not eat many sweets or fruits except apple, papaya, berries, or grapes
  • Do not eat any mucoid-producing foods such as cow’s milk, cheese and butter. You may drink goat milk, almond milk, rice milk or soybean milk (if you have allergies, do not drink soybean milk, which could weaken your immune system)
  • Do not smoke, nor consume excessive alcohol
  • Do not eat deep fried foods such as French fries, hush brown, a fried chicken
  • If you have weak stomach, frequent diarrhea, food allergies or flatulence, do not eat salad or raw vegetables.

    Instead, eat cooked foods only.

  • No sodium beverage, coffee, ice water, ice tea, ice cream. Drink pure warm water or ozonated water By OzonMate
  • Do not work late or go to bed after 10:00 p.m.
  • Do not excessive pungent, spicy food
  • Do not use mercury, silver, arsenal, or other metals for dental fillings
  • Do you best to avoid the root canal
  • Do not eat canned food, frozen food, shrimp and lobster which carries high cholesterol.
